How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You will always see every available option at checkout.

Is my payment safe?

Every payment goes through an encrypted checkout run by trusted payment providers. Your card details are handled by them and are never seen or stored by Charlotte & Sage.

Which currency do you use?

All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars. If you pay with a card from outside Australia, your bank may add its own conversion fee.

When will I be charged?

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If for any reason we cannot send your order, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

How do discounts work?

Bundle savings are applied automatically in your cart. One discount code can be used per order.

Payment not going through?
