Who can shop with us?

Anyone aged 18 or over is welcome. By shopping with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. Please use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, interfere with its security, upload harmful code or submit false information.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

We take care to show every piece as accurately as possible, from colour and fabric to size and fit. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. We may update product details and descriptions from time to time.

Can prices change?

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to correct it or cancel the order and refund you in full.

When is my order confirmed?

When you place an order, you confirm that the details you give us are correct and complete. You will receive an order confirmation by email. In rare cases we may need to cancel or limit an order, for example because of a payment problem, a stock or pricing issue, an incorrect address or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

How do I pay?

We accept the secure payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method. You can read more in our Payment Policy.

Where can I read about shipping and returns?

Delivery times are estimates. Some orders are sent directly from our suppliers, including from overseas. You can find all the details in our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refund Policy.

Do I need an account?

No, you are always welcome to check out as a guest. If you do create an account, please keep your login details safe and your information up to date.

Can I use your photos or text?

All text, images, graphics, logos and designs on this website belong to Charlotte & Sage or our content partners. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

What about links to other websites?

Our website may include links to other websites or tools from third parties. We are not responsible for their content, services or policies.

What are we responsible for?

To the extent permitted by law, Charlotte & Sage is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or our pieces. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
